From the beginning when we first met, you distinguished yourself with an impressive background and clear understanding of the principles of construction. You also displayed a maturity and appreciation of the field and the humility and respect for others that set you apart from many students who received their home inspection training at Sunrise Career Institute. Our Story
Torre Inspection Service has been servicing the inspection needs of the Long Island and Five Boroughs of NY area for over 4 years. Torre Inspection Service is owned and operated by Frank Torre who has been in the general contracting and home inspection industry for the past 20 years. Torre inspection offers inspection services that include: basements, structural condition, plumbing, electrical, water heater, ventilation, roof, gutters, drainage, and much more. The inspections are designed to find large existing problems that the property contains in order to notify potential buyers of the risks that are associated with the home.
Home and commercial inspections are extremely important to have completed before signing the closing documents. The reason for this is that it is the buyers responsibility to do their due diligence in making sure the home is in proper condition. Most buyers do not have the expertise to find large problems that can cost them thousands of dollars to repair. In order to make this process much easier, trained professionals like Frank Torre can be hired to do a full and thorough inspection of the proposed home or commercial property. Frank also specializes in using thermal infrared technology to check the electric systems of residential properties. He has been certified as a Certified Infrared Thermographer Level 1 from the Infraspection Institute.
