From the beginning when we first met, you distinguished yourself with an impressive background and clear understanding of the principles of construction. You also displayed a maturity and appreciation of the field and the humility and respect for others that set you apart from many students who received their home inspection training at Sunrise Career Institute. You always had that quiet confidence and sharp ability to learn from a variety of experiences.
As you progressed through the course your leadership emerged and it was clear to me that one day we would work together in training others to become professionals in this emerging field. And now you have actually begun to conduct inspections, and supervise and facilitate the learning of others during the required field work under the Home Inspection Law. Through my direct observations and the candid (and sometimes unsolicited) feedback from students you have led, I know I have chosen a true professional to uphold the high educational standards and growing reputation of Sunrise Career Institute. I am very proud to have you as part of our educational team.
I just know that your career as a home and building inspector will be very successful and rewarding because the determination, conscientiousness and integrity that you bring to all life’s important activities will be ever present in your work as an inspector. Good luck to you as you launch your business.
I am confident that we will remain colleagues and friends for many years to come.

Torre Inspection Service has been servicing the inspection needs of the Long Island and Five Boroughs of NY area for over 4 years. Torre Inspection Service is owned and operated by Frank Torre who has been in the general contracting and home inspection industry for the past 20 years. Torre inspection offers inspection services that include: basements, structural condition, plumbing, electrical, water heater, ventilation, roof, gutters, drainage, and much more. The inspections are designed to find large existing problems that the property contains in order to notify potential buyers of the risks that are associated with the home.
Home and commercial inspections are extremely important to have completed before signing the closing documents. The reason for this is that it is the buyers responsibility to do their due diligence in making sure the home is in proper condition. Most buyers do not have the expertise to find large problems that can cost them thousands of dollars to repair. In order to make this process much easier, trained professionals like Frank Torre can be hired to do a full and thorough inspection of the proposed home or commercial property. From this inspection, a report will be drawn up that will go over all of the things that were tested along with the current condition of the inspected items. While Torre Inspection service is trained to look for the large problems within a property, if smaller problems are found, they will be noted on the report out of courtesy to the potential buyers. The intent of the home inspection service is to find the $2,000 dollar problems, not the $200 dollar problems. The bigger problems are the things that should affect a person's decision to buy or pass on a proposed property.
Frank Torre definitely has the education and the certifications to provide excellent service and accurate inspections. Frank received his home inspection training from the Sunrise Career Institute, Inc . / Better School of Building Inspection. Frank has also been trained in the inspection techniques of commercial buildings as he received this training from Better School of Building Inspection / Kaplan ITA / Carson Dunlop Weldon and Associates. He also received his new construction training and manufactured home inspection training from the Better School of Building Inspection as well. Frank also specializes in using thermal infrared technology to check the electric systems of residential properties. He has been certified as a Certified Infrared Thermographer Level 1 from the Infraspection Institute.
As you can see, Frank is truly an expert in the inspection field as he has the education and the certifications to be able to properly and accurately diagnose problems that properties contain. Since Torre Inspection Service is not a huge multi-inspector firm, your inspections will be performed by Frank himself. Since the inspection will be completed by the owner of the company, you can know that nobody will treat you better than the owner himself. If you value honesty, integrity, and accuracy, then you need to hire the services of Torre Inspection Service in order to make sure that the home or commercial property you are free from any serious existing or potential problems.
